Term & Conditions

All purchases shall be subject to this term & conditions. A copy of this term and conditions shall be a personal reference when you order a product.
Made to order products may not be cancelled or returned after an order has been made.

Production :

Based on both hand made and semi machinery production. For wooden product, we process the selected timber and finished with either traditional finishing with brush or melamine spray.

Guarantees :
We guarantee that the products we deliver will match with the description and quality represented on our website. If they do not, we will replace it or offer you a refund.

Pricing :
All products are for sale. We do not put price in this website because price can be varying depend on the order quantity. If you want to know the price of each item in this website, please send us e-mail by inserting the product details: code, item & quantity. We will calculate the price and reply your mail immediately.
Our price exclude shipping and handling charges.
Payment
If you order our products, we will charge 50% deposit to process the order and the balance must be paid when all order finished, delivery times or picked up by cargo company.
Payment Method :
1. Cash :
If you visit our shop, purchased or order our products, you can pay cash of the deposit and the balance must be paid when delivery times or picked up times by cargo. You can transfer the balance to our account or paid cash by your cargo agent/company.
2. Transfer :
You can directly transfer the deposit and the balance to our account below. Please confirm via e-mail or fax after you transfer the money. We will proceed the order after we receive your confirmation. In case, if we don't receive the confirmation, your order will be pending until you confirm it.

Delivery Times :
When you order, we will give you an approximate time . What we do ordinarily is we will contact you and the cargo / shipping company via phone, fax or e-mail when the order are finished and ready to deliver or collect by cargo.
Note :
1. Deposit will be gone if goods are not collected 60 days after due time.
2. No responsibility for any lost or damage of purchased goods that are not collected 30 days after due time.
We have taken care all costumers with clear and accurate images of the products we have for sale. The product descriptions are checked for accuracy. We want the products we deliver to match your expectations and for you to be pleased you will return and buy from us again and again.

Damaged Goods :

All products are temporary well packed when leaving the shop or warehouse to the cargo or shipping agent. Then it will be the cargo responsibility to repack it as their standard packing to ship local or across the country.
